Pasadena City Hall is a popular location for weddings, offering a beautiful backdrop with its architecture and gardens. While it’s a public space, you can have a ceremony there with or without a reservation, depending on the size of your party and the time of day. For smaller, intimate ceremonies, no reservation may be needed, but it’s always a good idea to check with the city. For larger weddings, a reservation is recommended, especially if you plan to have your ceremony during business hours or if your guest count exceeds 12 (AI Overview).
I have performed a few weddings at Pasadena City Hall. This location is a popular space for small weddings and quinceañeras. The Pasadena City Hall structure/ building is 98 years old, and was built in 1927. The Pasadena City Hall structures are well preserved, and the building is considered a historical landmark. There is a large courtyard, bridge, bell tower, etc. There are scenic spaces through-out the property making for an interesting experience for guest, and are perfect for picture taking. There is a good amount of parking around the building, and various garages and lots in the area. Joseph from Amor Perfect Union in Glendale.
